My second try at a community-based Ohio map

So recently I put up a diary trying to do a redistricting map of Ohio based on communities, not on partisan politics.  Interestingly, this map gives Republicans and Democrats the same number of districts that clearly lean toward them, with some of them being competitive, but also 4 swing districts that either party could win.

But as I said, partisan politics wasn't the focus while drawing the maps.  My main focus was on drawing districts around cities and without dividing cities and counties without necessity.  So Cincinnati is entirely within one district, as is Cleveland, and Columbus is nearly entirely in one district.  Where two neighboring cities nearly made a district, in the case of Akron-Canton, and Dayton-Springfield, I combined them into one district.  This leaves us with a Toledo-based district, suburban districts around Cincinnati, Cleveland, Akron, and Columbus, and several largely rural/exurban districts.
