It’s been quite a week…
Since we’ve gone to the “2 a day” format (miss you, SJohnson), I’ve tried to get an early jump on both diaries. I get my “shells” together (title/photo/monologue) on Monday. I go out looking for good news stories on Tuesday and Wednesday. I assemble my BOFA diary Thursday. Then, throughout the day on Friday, I gather some tweets. It’s a tight schedule, but it reduces the stress. This week? I’m writing this at 3:13 and scouring the Twitter verse for filler.
I could try and blame my failure on the Barr news. It truly has been distracting. I could say I’ve been enjoying the offerings put forth by those I follow. That’s true, too. I may have been hit by a giant wave of laziness that retirees experience from time to time. Perhaps I was hit by all of the above. Whatever it was, it happened.
Apologies aside, I bring you a few tweets. A couple of good news stories (if you haven’t seen them before) and an imaginary bar to “belly up to”.
