Ohio as a Court Might Have Drawn It

Redistricting in Ohio was conducted entirely by Republicans, who control both chambers of the legislature and the governorship.  They drew a map intended to produce 12 Republicans to only 4 Democrats in a state that is the epitome of 50/50.  Democrats had the opportunity to get a court-drawn map by placing a referendum on the 2012 ballot over whether or not to repeal the Republican passed plan.  Democrats caved however and the Republican plan is here to stay for now.

With that in mind, I wondered just how many seats we gave up by not pursuing a referendum and thus decided to draw a map for myself based on how a court might draw Ohio.  I don't have any local knowledge of the state, so if I've committed any grave errors that violate communities of interest just be patient and give me your own reasoning.
