Another day, another episode of "I Just Make Bullshit Up" starring Republican candidate for governor, Paul LePage (a Compendium of the Lies and Gaffes of one Paul LePage has been started.)
In today's episode, shot on location at a Maine GOP primary forum in October of 2009, LePage has this corker:
The State of Maine is the only state in the United States of America that charges sales tax on bull semen. You hear that? Bull semen. The only place in the United States of America - this state.
The only trouble is that Maine exempts bull semen from its sales tax (pdf warning), and has done so since 2005.
