This installment of the Wyoming Rule series looks at Ohio, which instead of losing two seats would go up to 21 under the rule.
As shown by the 2008 and 2010 elections, Ohio is currently one of the swingiest states in the country. Republicans gained a full 5 seats in 2010. They now also control the trifecta in the state, and this map reflects that.
