Kasich Approval at Record Low

I had a nice, detailed diary written, but DK4 ate it, so I'll make this short and to the point.

Ohio Poll, from U of Cincinnati,has Kasich's initial approval rating at 40%, disapproval at 47%.  

Only 37% approve of his handling of Ohio's economy, while 53% would prefer to see the state budget balanced through a combination of tax increases and spending cuts.
