The Teabag-enabled plan in Michigan: Use the budget to starve cities and towns, then put in an "emergency town manager" who could1) kill any contract the town entered into
AND 2) dismiss elected officials
AND (3) "disincorporate" the town itself.
Oh, and the 'emergency manager' can be a corporation.
They're kidding right!?
The Michigan Governor wants to be able to "Dis-incorporate" entire Towns and Cities
-- and then turn around and "Re-incorporate" them with actual Corporations ... WHO are his appointed lackeys !?
To DO what exactly? Sell the town off in pieces -- for pennies on the dollar?
