The Ohio District 12 race isn't over.
588 previously uncounted votes have turned up in a Franklin County precinct. These votes closed Danny O'Connor's deficit by 190 votes; he now trails Troy Balderson by 1,564.
O'Connor gained 388 votes to Balderson's 198. Updated totals are:

Balderson still holds the edge, but thousands of provisional and absentee votes remain to be counted. Balderson's lead now stands at 0.77%, and Ohio law calls for a recount if the margin is less than 0.50%.
