OH-Sen: Jason Kander (D. MO) Helps Voting Rights Champion Sherrod Brown (D) Fight Back Against Trump

Ohio is at the heart of one of the biggest battles over voting rights in 2017. The Justice Department, headed by Jeff Sessions, switched sides and threw its support behind Ohio’s damaging voter roll purges.

Since Trump’s election, more than 30 states have moved forward with implementing voting restrictions and voter roll purges like those seen in Ohio.

Fortunately, Ohio has a leader who is committed to protecting voting rights -- U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown. Sherrod knows that voting is an integral part of our democracy. He has fought to ensure that eligible voters can exercise their right and access polling locations on Election Day.

Sherrod is in a tough race for reelection this year -- and I'm asking you to pitch in $5 or $10 to support his campaign.
