Yes, you read that right. Look, I know some other states have elected walking disasters as governors last November — Florida and Wisconsin, I feel for you. But I don't think any state elected a governor as arrogant, abrasive, bullying, belligerent, ideologically rigid, and close-minded as John Kasich.
Today a video appeared on YouTube of Kasich speaking last month to employees of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (an agency I'm sure he's chomping at the bit to eliminate).
In it, Kasich relates the story of a 2008 traffic stop when he failed to pull over for an emergency vehicle. He twice refers to the cop as an "idiot" for clearly following routine procedure.
