Not so wonderful proposed fetal tissue laws

A short time ago, I was reading Mark E Anderson's diary, "Wisconsin set to ban use of fetal tissue in research".
In the comments, some asked who bad it actually was and I had replied, it depends upon the wording of the law, incorrectly worded and it would ban a number of vaccines.
Fortunately, the Wisconsin act isn't that draconian. Oh, it does ban transplants, as one does have to pay for the organ via paying for a surgeon to remove it, store it, transport it and install it in a transplant patient.
But, that's OK, we can rely upon Ohio to send us into the third world.
So, if this bill passes in Ohio, the Polio vaccine, Hepatitis A vaccine, Rubella (German measles, which causes severe problems in a fetus infected with it) vaccine, Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine, Adenovirus Type 4 and Type 7 (nasty cold virus that can range from common cold symptoms through pneumonia) oral vaccine and the Rabies vaccine would be banned, due to the idiotic verbiage.

I am honestly afraid to see how many other asshole legislatures want to pander to their religious maniacs in a similar way.
A way that would bring our nation into true third world levels of diseases.
