Not sure if this particular meme has gone viral outside a holler or two, but it's in line with the whole "war on faith" thing that Cruz and Huckabee are pushing.
One thing that gives me pause is the analogy of 2004, where Kerry arguably lost Ohio due to a large number of fundamentalist Christians mobilized to vote by the gay marriage ban amendment then on the ballot. The amendment passed by a fairly wide margin, and of course Bush picked up a lot of collateral votes in the process.
If somehow fundamentalists can be convinced to mobilize around one of the Republican candidates, if only to hit back at their Democratic tormentors, Ohio could prove a tough Democratic win.
