So my wife came home from work today and tells me her mom told her that DP&L is going to cut her heat off tomorrow. Now this isn't the first time this has happened we've had to pay to get her heat or her cable turned on or had to buy her groceries or some other thing for as long as we've been together. The thing is this time were tapped. We got nothin to put in and we don't know what to do.
